14-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. However, the item must be:
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Unused and undamaged
Returns Due to Wrong Colour or Damaged Items
If you have received an item in the wrong color or a damaged product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Bespoke Beds – Please Check Measurements Carefully
For bespoke (custom-made) beds, returns are not always possible. Before placing your order, please ensure that:
✔ You have measured your room and staircase properly
✔ The bed will fit through doors, hallways, and staircases

Upgrading Your Headboard? Here’s What You Need to Know
If you decide to upgrade your headboard after purchasing your bed:
✔ Upgraded headboards are non-refundable
✔ However, a replacement option may be available—please contact us to discuss your options
