• On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you 45 minutes before arriving at your address to give you an updated time of arrival.
• Please ensure you are available at the designated delivery address during your scheduled time slot to ensure a smooth delivery.

• In some rare cases, the delivery time window may be delayed due to issues such as van-related problems or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will keep you informed every step of the way and provide you with updates on the new estimated delivery time.
