14-Day Return & Refund Policy – The Dream Beds Company


At The Dream Beds Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your bed, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Please read our policy below to understand the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Returns and Refunds


You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at TheDreamBeds@gmail.com to arrange the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund, excluding any delivery charges, unless the item is faulty or damaged.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items


If your bed or any components arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The Dream Beds Company will arrange a replacement of any damaged parts or faulty items at no extra charge. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.


3. Upgraded Headboard Issues


If you have ordered an upgraded headboard and experience any issues with it, we will discuss the matter with you to determine the next steps. If a replacement is necessary, we will arrange the replacement, but please note that the customer will be responsible for any associated costs related to the upgrade or replacement.


4. Customised Beds – Delivery Issues


For customized beds, please ensure that the dimensions you provide are accurate. If a customized bed does not fit upstairs due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees for the replacement.


5. Return Shipping Costs


In cases where the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size or failure to provide accurate dimensions), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. If the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, The Dream Beds Company will cover the return shipping costs.
