1. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within this period under the following conditions:
• Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at TheDreamBeds@gmail.com. Once the return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
• Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or faulty product.
2. 2-Year Replacement Warranty
We offer a 2-year replacement warranty on all our bed frames and components. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in the materials or workmanship. If your bed frame, or any other part of your bed experiences issues within the 2-year warranty period, we will replace the faulty item at no additional cost.
Coverage Includes:
• Faulty bed frames: Any structural issues or defects in the bed frame.
• Damaged components: If any part of the bed, such as slats, supports, or base, is damaged or faulty within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement.
• Quality Defects: Issues like broken supports, faulty stitching, or faulty materials that were caused by manufacturing defects.
Exclusions:
• Damage due to misuse or mishandling: The warranty does not cover damages that occur as a result of improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow the care instructions.
• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including small cosmetic imperfections, are not covered by the warranty.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience any issues with your bed frame or any other part of the product within the 2-year warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible at TheDreamBeds@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our customer service team will review your claim and guide you through the process of receiving a replacement.
